Terms and Conditions

Operated by InnTouch Travel

Effective Date:

October 29, 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to InnTouch Vacations ("Website"), a vacation accommodation booking platform operated by InnTouch Travel ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to our Website and your use of the vacation accommodation booking services provided by InnTouch Travel.

By accessing our Website, creating an account, submitting a reservation request, or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable resort-specific reservation policies disclosed during the booking process.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Website.

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Changes will become effective when published unless otherwise indicated. Changes will not retroactively modify the cancellation or payment terms of an existing confirmed reservation except as permitted by applicable law or agreed upon by the parties.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

  • InnTouch Vacations: The consumer-facing vacation booking website operated by InnTouch Travel.

  • InnTouch Travel: The business responsible for operating the Website and administering reservations made through our booking services.

  • Guest or Customer: Any individual accessing our Website, requesting a reservation, or booking accommodations.

  • Resort or Accommodation Provider: A third-party resort, hotel, vacation property, property manager, or other lodging provider.

  • Reservation: A booking for accommodations processed through our Website.

  • Confirmed Reservation: A reservation for which required approval and payment have been completed and an official booking confirmation has been issued.

  • Reservation Hold: A temporary reservation status that may preserve availability for a limited period before final booking.

  • Reservation Policies: The cancellation, payment, modification, and other conditions applicable to a particular accommodation.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old to make a reservation through InnTouch Vacations.

Certain resorts or accommodation providers may impose higher minimum check-in ages.

The primary guest must satisfy the resort's age and identification requirements.

By making a reservation, you represent that:

  • You are legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement.

  • The personal and payment information you provide is accurate.

  • You are authorized to make the reservation and use the payment method submitted.

  • You accept responsibility for the conduct of individuals included in your reservation.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel reservations involving fraudulent information, unauthorized payment methods, or violations of applicable law, subject to any applicable refund rights.

4. Nature of Our Services

InnTouch Vacations provides an online platform through which customers can search for and reserve vacation accommodations at participating resorts and properties.

Accommodations may be supplied or managed by independent resorts, inventory providers, vacation ownership organizations, or other third parties.

Unless expressly indicated, InnTouch Travel does not own, operate, or manage the resort properties advertised on our Website.

The accommodation provider is generally responsible for on-site property management, room assignments, maintenance, amenities, housekeeping, and guest services.

Reservations through our Website generally provide temporary lodging rights for the specified dates only and do not convey ownership interests, timeshare rights, or membership benefits.

5. Availability and Reservation Processing

All accommodation availability, pricing, and reservation requests are subject to verification and confirmation.

Availability displayed on our Website may change due to previous reservations, inventory updates, provider restrictions, or other circumstances.

Instant Booking

Certain accommodations may be eligible for instant booking.

An instant-booking selection is not considered a confirmed reservation until the required payment has been successfully processed and an official reservation confirmation has been issued.

Request to Book

Certain accommodations require additional approval or verification before confirmation.

When you submit a request to book:

  • Your reservation may initially be marked Pending Approval.

  • Our team will review availability and applicable provider requirements.

  • Submission does not guarantee that accommodations are available or confirmed.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for completing any required payment.

  • Your reservation becomes confirmed only after required approval and payment have been completed and official confirmation has been issued.

If the requested accommodations are unavailable, we may offer another available option. You are not required to accept a different accommodation.

Temporary Reservation Holds

Eligible accommodations may offer temporary reservation holds.

Where offered, eligible reservations with check-in dates more than sixty (60) days away may qualify for a hold of up to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to the conditions shown during booking.

A reservation hold is not a confirmed reservation.

If required payment or other confirmation requirements are not completed before the hold expires, the hold may automatically expire and the inventory may be released.

Temporary holds are available only for qualifying accommodations and are not guaranteed for every reservation.

6. Pricing, Taxes, and Additional Fees

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

The applicable accommodation price and mandatory fees known and reasonably calculable at the time of the offer will be displayed as part of the total price in accordance with applicable law.

Before payment, customers will be informed of the total price, amounts payable to InnTouch Travel, and applicable charges to be collected directly by the resort.

Depending on the destination and resort, additional charges may include:

  • Government-imposed taxes.

  • Refundable security deposits or incidental authorization holds.

  • Optional amenities, activities, or upgrades.

  • Personal purchases, gratuities, or other optional expenses.

  • Charges incurred due to damage, excess occupancy, or violations of resort rules.

Mandatory resort, cleaning, service, or similar fees that are known and calculable in advance will be included in the displayed total price, even if collected separately by the resort.

Some resorts, particularly international destinations, may offer mandatory or optional all-inclusive meal and beverage plans. Applicable requirements, prices, and payment arrangements will be disclosed before booking in accordance with applicable law.

The amount payable at checkout may differ from the total stay price if part of the disclosed total is payable directly to the accommodation provider.

We encourage customers to review the complete price breakdown before confirming a reservation.

7. Payment Terms

Payment requirements may vary depending on the resort, accommodation, and reservation type.

Unless otherwise specified on the booking page, full payment is required to confirm a reservation.

Certain accommodations may require approval before payment can be completed.

Other payment schedules, deposits, or deadlines may apply when specifically disclosed during booking.

Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Credit card charges processed by InnTouch Travel may appear on your statement under the name InnTouch Travel.

By submitting payment information, you authorize InnTouch Travel or its designated payment processor to charge the amount disclosed and agreed upon during checkout.

We reserve the right to verify payment information and request additional authorization when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud.

If payment is declined, reversed, or not completed by the applicable deadline, the reservation may remain unconfirmed or be cancelled, subject to applicable law and the reservation's disclosed payment conditions.

8. Reservation Confirmations

An official reservation confirmation will be issued after the applicable booking requirements have been completed.

Confirmations may include:

  • Reservation confirmation number.

  • Resort or accommodation name.

  • Check-in and check-out dates.

  • Accommodation type.

  • Maximum occupancy.

  • Guest name.

  • Payment information.

  • Applicable reservation policies.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all confirmation details promptly and notifying InnTouch Travel of any errors.

Reservation requests, temporary holds, payment authorization notices, and pending booking notifications are not substitutes for an official reservation confirmation.

Only reservation confirmations issued or authorized by InnTouch Travel or the designated accommodation provider are valid.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellation policies vary by resort, accommodation type, booking category, and rate plan.

The specific cancellation and refund policy applicable to your reservation will be disclosed before you finalize your booking and will be included in or made available with your booking documentation.

Standard Vacation Rentals

Cancellation and refund eligibility are determined by the individual accommodation's reservation policy.

Some reservations permit cancellation before a specified deadline, while others may be partially refundable or entirely non-refundable.

Last-Minute Deals and Promotional Reservations

Last-minute, discounted, Hot Week, Hot Night, or other promotional reservations may be subject to stricter cancellation restrictions.

Reservations specifically identified as Non-Refundable before purchase are final and non-refundable upon confirmation, except where applicable law or an expressly stated exception requires otherwise.

Cancellation Requests

To request cancellation, please contact InnTouch Travel at:

Email: reservations@inntouchtravel.com

Phone: 1-800-405-5385

Applicable fees and refund eligibility will be determined by the cancellation conditions accepted at booking.

A cancellation request does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund.

Where a refund is due, it will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Exceptions

InnTouch Travel may approve an exception to a reservation's cancellation policy at its discretion. Any such exception must be confirmed in writing.

Nothing in these Terms limits refunds or other remedies required by applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Guest Name Changes and Reservation Modifications

Guest name changes and reservation modifications are subject to the policies and approval of the applicable resort or accommodation provider.

Some resorts prohibit guest name changes after confirmation.

When guest name changes are permitted, at least fifteen (15) days' advance notice may be required, and additional restrictions or processing fees may apply.

Any applicable modification fee will be disclosed before the change is processed.

Requests to modify travel dates, resorts, accommodation types, or occupancy are subject to availability and may require cancellation and creation of a new reservation.

Rate differences and applicable cancellation charges may apply.

No change is effective until confirmed in writing.

11. Check-In and Check-Out Requirements

Guests are responsible for complying with the check-in and check-out procedures established by the accommodation provider.

Most resorts require the primary guest to present:

  • Government-issued photo identification.

  • A valid major credit card for incidentals or security deposits.

  • Official reservation confirmation.

Certain resorts may require additional documentation.

Check-in and check-out times vary by property and will be determined by the resort.

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges.

12. Late Arrivals, No-Shows, and Early Departures

If you expect to arrive after your scheduled check-in date or time, you must contact the resort directly to make appropriate arrangements.

Failure to arrive or notify the resort may result in the reservation being classified as a no-show.

A no-show may result in forfeiture of the reservation without refund, depending on the disclosed booking policy.

Late arrival, early departure, or unused accommodation nights do not automatically entitle a guest to a partial refund.

Any exceptions are governed by the applicable reservation policy and law.

13. Room Assignments, Occupancy, and Special Requests

Room assignments are made at the discretion of the accommodation provider and are subject to availability.

Photographs, floor plans, descriptions, and property images are provided for general reference and may not represent the exact assigned unit.

Requests for specific floors, buildings, views, adjoining rooms, or bedding configurations are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

The number of individuals occupying an accommodation must not exceed the maximum permitted occupancy.

Children and infants may count toward occupancy limits depending on resort policy.

Guests are responsible for complying with all resort occupancy, smoking, pet, parking, noise, and property-use regulations.

Violation of resort policies may result in additional charges or termination of occupancy, subject to applicable law.

14. Accessibility and Special Accommodations

Accessibility features and special accommodation services vary by property.

Guests requiring accessible accommodations, mobility-related features, or other special arrangements should contact InnTouch Travel before booking so available options and provider requirements can be verified.

A special request is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

Accommodation providers remain responsible for complying with applicable accessibility laws and regulations.

We encourage guests to confirm property-specific accessibility features before travel.

15. Resort Information, Amenities, and Property Conditions

InnTouch Vacations makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions of accommodations, amenities, locations, and property features.

Information may be supplied by independent accommodation providers and may change over time.

Resorts may periodically perform maintenance, renovations, or construction, which can affect certain facilities or services.

Amenities such as pools, restaurants, fitness centers, housekeeping, transportation, and recreational facilities may operate on seasonal or modified schedules.

If we become aware of a material change affecting a reservation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected guest when appropriate.

Any applicable remedies will depend on the nature of the change, the confirmed reservation, and applicable law.

16. Accommodation Unavailability and Provider Cancellations

Occasionally, confirmed accommodations may become unavailable because of provider errors, property closures, maintenance emergencies, natural disasters, or other circumstances.

If InnTouch Travel or its accommodation provider cannot honor a confirmed reservation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer reasonably comparable alternative accommodations, subject to availability and the guest's acceptance.

If acceptable replacement accommodations cannot be provided, InnTouch Travel will refund the amounts paid to InnTouch Travel for the affected accommodations, subject to any greater rights provided by applicable law.

InnTouch Travel will not ordinarily be responsible for separately purchased airfare, transportation, meals, or other incidental travel expenses unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

This provision does not eliminate any non-waivable consumer rights.

17. Events Beyond Our Control

InnTouch Travel is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disruptions, public health emergencies, transportation interruptions, and similar events.

When such circumstances affect a reservation, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate available options and coordinate with the accommodation provider.

Refunds, credits, cancellations, and other remedies will be determined by the applicable booking policies, whether the purchased accommodations can actually be provided, and applicable law.

An event beyond our control does not automatically eliminate rights to refunds or other remedies that applicable law requires.

18. Guest Responsibilities and Property Damage

Guests are responsible for using accommodations responsibly and complying with all property rules.

The primary guest may be responsible for damage, theft, loss, or extraordinary cleaning expenses caused by the guest or accompanying occupants, subject to applicable law and the resort's policies.

Additional charges may be assessed by the accommodation provider for documented damage or violations of its established rules.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while traveling.

19. Travel Documents, International Travel, and Insurance

Guests are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and other required entry documentation.

International travel may be subject to immigration requirements, travel advisories, health regulations, and local laws.

InnTouch Travel is not responsible for a guest's failure to obtain necessary documents or satisfy applicable entry requirements.

We recommend that guests consider appropriate travel insurance or travel protection coverage, particularly when purchasing non-refundable accommodations.

Travel insurance, when available, is subject to the separate terms and conditions of the applicable insurance provider.

20. Third-Party Websites and Booking Services

Our Website may provide links to third-party websites, services, or booking platforms.

When customers are redirected to an independent third-party service to complete a booking, the transaction may be governed by that provider's terms and conditions.

InnTouch Travel is not a party to a transaction completed solely with an independent third-party provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or independent transactions of third-party websites beyond responsibilities imposed by applicable law.

21. Website Accounts and Security

Certain Website features may require registration or account access.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep relevant account details current.

InnTouch Travel may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security concerns, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.

To request assistance with account information or account deletion, please contact reservations@inntouchtravel.com.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel existing reservations or eliminate records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.

22. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Your use of our Website is subject to the InnTouch Vacations Privacy Policy.

We may collect and process information reasonably necessary to administer reservations, process payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and operate our services.

By providing your contact information during a reservation, you agree to receive reservation-related communications, including confirmations, payment notifications, itinerary changes, and important travel updates, through legally permitted channels.

Marketing communications will be subject to applicable consent requirements and unsubscribe rights.

Please review our separate Privacy Policy for details regarding information collection, use, sharing, retention, and applicable privacy rights.

23. Prohibited Website Activities and Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, including text, graphics, designs, branding, software, and other materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for lawful personal purposes.

You may not:

  • Create fraudulent or speculative reservations.

  • Use unauthorized automated systems to collect Website information.

  • Attempt to interfere with Website security or operations.

  • Reproduce or distribute protected Website content for commercial purposes without authorization.

  • Use the Website to engage in unlawful activity.

InnTouch Travel reserves the right to take reasonable action against fraudulent or unauthorized Website activity.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

InnTouch Travel makes reasonable efforts to maintain an accurate and functional booking platform.

However, uninterrupted Website access, error-free operation, and the uninterrupted availability of third-party services cannot be guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InnTouch Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Website interruptions or third-party resort operations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising from a particular reservation will not exceed the amount actually paid to InnTouch Travel for that reservation.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other claims and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this section eliminates our express obligations concerning accommodations that cannot be provided or any refund rights required by law.

25. Customer Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to report accommodation-related concerns promptly during their stay.

Where appropriate, guests should first notify resort management so the resort has an opportunity to resolve an on-site issue.

Guests should also contact InnTouch Travel when assistance is needed.

Customer Service:

Email: reservations@inntouchtravel.com

Phone: 1-800-405-5385

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate complaints relating to reservations processed through our Website.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, applicable legal rights and remedies remain available.

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, legal proceedings concerning these Terms may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Utah.

Nothing in these Terms waives rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

28. Entire Agreement and Applicable Reservation Policies

These Terms, the applicable reservation-specific policies disclosed before purchase, and the official booking confirmation constitute the agreement governing the reservation and Website services.

Where a specific reservation policy expressly differs from these general Terms regarding payment, cancellation, refunds, or modifications, the reservation-specific policy disclosed and accepted before booking will control for that subject, except where prohibited by applicable law.

No verbal representation or informal communication modifies a confirmed reservation unless authorized in writing by InnTouch Travel.
